Krista, log-lines are often called "elevator pitches" because they're a catchy, attention-grabbing, one-line summary of your book that you could give to an agent or an editor in an elevator-- provided they asked you what your book was about, of course :) And they're excellent things to use for query letters when you're trying to catch the attention of an agent or editor.
ReplyDeleteGreat log line!
ReplyDeleteMaree,
